Still have not received my reward credits for the Summer of Rewards promotion?

In order to get the credit for the consoles, you also would have needed to purchase them DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points. Reward points for past purchases are not retroactive.

The promotion to purchase For Honor offers 5,000 reward credits for the purchase, you must unlock all 4 levels to receive the 10,000 credits. As content only qualifies for one promotion at a time (no double dipping) you would not be rewarded 5,000 for the
"Warrior" promo and 6,000 for the "Simply Rewards".

The reward team will review your account and reply to you here to affirm or correct the above. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

I’ve gotten February’s reward but I still haven’t received my January reward.

Since the $10 preorder gift code is a promotion through microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you are a member of the rewards program, you would have received 15,000 rewards credits instead
of the $10.
