Still have not received my Quantum Break Windows 10 Code after Digital preorder through Xbox ...

Hi, I preordered Quantum Break digitally, after watching a Major Nelson video, in the video it says if you preorder the game digitally you will receive a free copy of the Windows 10 version as well. I still have not received my Windows 10 version of the
game. just hoping I can get my code and download please!!!!

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

Promotion Details: Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

Promo Item(s): Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version begin going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days.

American Nightmare should also be delivered via XBL message 7-10 days from the date you pre-order.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Hi,i preordered quntum break xbox one and get windows 10 game code but until now i still not received any key code and can't install the game and i used xbox prepaid card to bought it and my location is malaysia.

I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.

Mister Beep, I preordered the digital version of Quantum Break for Xbox One and had received a code for the Windows 10 version of the game through the Xbox Live system messages. My system messages were cleared out before I could use the code. is there a
way to have the code resent to me since it was never redeemed?

Hey there!

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
