    Still have not received my halo wars de code


    it's been ten days since I preordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition from the Xbox store. For some stupid reason we have to wait 7-10 days for a code. Well today is day 10 and I still don't have my code I check my message center every day. Can someone please
    get my code sent to me really wanted to complete the single player campaign before halo wars 2 launches!

    Missing Halo Wars DE code

    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on December 19th and still have not received my Halo Wars DE code. I was told everyone who pre-ordered before Dec 20th should have received their code already and if they havent to contact support.

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    Halo Wars 2 is sitting on my PC, waiting for my Halo Wars DE code to arrive, It still puzzles me as to why we have to wait for a code for an item we bought already. I understand it's not to cause undue stress on your servers but the stress on the consumers
