Still have not received my GOW codes after 30 days of purchasing GOW4

So I purchased Gears of War 4 from the Microsoft Store on the 24th of November. I didn't receive my codes, so I contacted customer support, who advised me to post here. I did (re: GOW 1, 2, 3 and Judgement codes for purchasing GOW4)
and the thread was immediately locked, asking me to wait up to 30 days for my codes to arrive. It has now been over 30 days and my codes have still not arrived, so here I am posting again.

still have not received codes for GOW bundle since purchasing my xbox1 gow4 bundle on oct 11. What gives?

Gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement codes

Hi,

As part of purchasing and playing GOW UE I was supposed to receive older how games and gow4 beta code.

I have not received Gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement codes yet,

I received beta code for gow4 previous week

Wait, what happens when you try to redeem the original GoW codes? As far as I know, the codes inside the retail copy of GoW 4 will always work unless already redeemed!

I redeemed mine and got GoW4 but apparently if I had done this before the 31st of December 2016 then I would have received a notification on my system about the other GoW games being available for download too. There was only one code for GoW4 and from what
I was told the other codes are automatically generated when the original one is redeemed.

Same here it's been 15 days since I redeemed the code that came with the Limited Edition Console I purchased and I haven't gotten a single code for any of the games yet. I think we should be fairly compensated with an elite gear pack for every day over the
official release day in which we haven't received our codes.

I also purchased the LE GoW Console and haven't received my codes. I had already received access to GoW 2 and Judgement, but I think this was because I had previously purchased and played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Either way, I still haven't received
any codes for the other various GoW games that I was supposed to get with the GoW Xbox One S LE console and it's been several weeks since I first played GoW 4 on my new GoW Xbox One S.
