Still have not received my codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 that came with my Siege ...

I was told to repost after 11 days .....today is 12 and still no codes. Can i please just have a refund so i can go buy a hard copy from a RELIABLE retail store. I purchased this from xbox store using my console and I still dont have my codes. Seriously
how hard is it to provide the codes??? I paid 96 bucks for a base game. ( I dont count the season pass because there is no dlc to get)

Hello i have received my rainbow six vegas 1 and vegas 2 code from xbox live in 2 messages but the vegas 2 code is the same code as the vegas 1 code. ive been on xbox live support chat with Mac and been told to post my problem here.

Can you please clarify where you purchased the game from? If you purchased through the Xbox Store can you head on over to commerce.microsoft.com and get a picture of the transaction and share it via a forums Private Message? You can upload the image to OneDrive
and share it form there. Just be sure to edit out any personal information.

 

I purchased the game through my console, but it doesnt matter anymore as I got my money back and went to gamestop to buy a hard copy that comes with the codes. Thank you for replying but its too late
