Still have not received Fallout 3 pre order bonus

It has been over 11 days and still have not received my pre order bonus code for Fallout 3. Any update on this would be greatly appreciated.

I pre order fallout 4 on the xbox store on 23rd august, I still haven't received my code for fallout 3 which you get as a pre order bonus. I spoke to xbox support and they have advised to write on here to get the code resent. my gamertag is

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.

I pre-ordered fallout 4 and still have yet to receive my fallout 3 backwards compatible code.....

You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.
