Still have not received $10 gift card from forza horizon 3 pre order

I still have not received my pre order gift card code for Horizon 3.

Pre-order gift cards not received

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 and at the time the $10 gift card promotion was there and I also pre-ordered 2k17 both from microsoft.com and I have not recieved either of the $10 gift cards

 

I never received my 15,000 credits for pre-ordering Forza Horizon 3 from Microsoft Store.

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition on 6/21/16. I also pre-ordered ReCore on 7/9/16. These are the only titles that I've pre-ordered from Microsoft Store this year. I know the promotion states the Xbox Rewards members would get 15,000 credits
for their pre-orders rather than the $10 Microsoft Store gift card that's being offered to everybody else. I also know that there is a limit of up to 3 game pre-orders that can be eligible during the promotional period. I only have 1 email address that I
use for everything, so mismatched emails isn't the issue either. On 9/19/16, I received 15,000 credits from the ReCore pre-order. It has now been 1 month since I've had Forza Horizon 3 & at the time of this posting I still haven't received my 15,000 credits
for this game. It's not in any sort of pending status either. I never even received a $10 gift card in lieu of the 15,000 credits that was listed on the original order. I've received no pre-order incentive whatsoever. Any help on getting this resolved
would be greatly appreciated. I called Xbox Customer Support & I was told to take my concerns to this forum... how convenient.

 

You would need to contact customer support for Microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the gift card.
