No rewards for January and February quests of the month.

I still haven’t gotten my rewards from January and February quests of the month and I know I did them about twice over each. I’ve been trying to figure it out with support for two months and now they finally tell me they don’t handle rewards and I should
make a forums post so... here I am!

Xbox Monthly Quests

I have completed all the quests for February for the xbox live monthly quests and i haven't gotten my $10 guaranteed reward yet. I am wondering where this reward appears in case I have already been given the reward but have not noticed it?

Hello DAWN BREAKER 66,

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount from February and March is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

As Smwutches mentioned those would not appear until April. Be sure to post back if after April 1st you do not see any rewards.

Surely there is some updates on this now? Still bot received and we are fast approaching April now?

Yup, I haven't received my January rewards either. I also posted in the support section and haven't gotten a reply. Nothing from February yet either, but since March isn't over hopefully that one will show up.
