    Still have if an issue with my deposits


    I am still waiting for a resolution to the problem I'm having in regards to getting a monthly deposit. I have around 91,000 reward credits waiting to be converted into Microsoft point and it's been almost a year since I have gotten a deposit. It tells me
    to update my billing information on the reward website, but all my info in up to date. I've had the same information for my entire time I've had Xbox live. Same address, same gamertag, and same email address. Nothing has changed except my bank card number
    which I've updated. The deposits use to go into my account every month like clockwork and then one month for no reason they just abruptly stoped. This is about the 10th time I've posted on this forum to resolve this issue and a year later here we are agin
    writing another email hopping for an answer to this problem. Please help me out $90 dollars in Microsoft points is a nice amount and I would Ben vertical happy if I could spend it.

  2. 16050 credits, still no deposit

    I still haven't received my deposit, I posted about 2 months ago and was told there were issues with deposits. Are there still issues with deposits? Also I have over 16k credits and where it says if you have over 5k you can request for the date below, there
    isn't any date below. Is there an issue on my end now or something?

  3. Still no points deposits?

    I was wondering if the deposit issue will ever be fixed. I have close to 10,000 rewards points that should have been deposited long ago but I see on the MyRewards page that there is still a delay with deposits. I see the message to update my account but
    when I go to my account, there is nothing to update.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data.

    Again, to be clear, this is an issue with the database information for your billable accounts. Due to the report our troubleshooter is receiving on why your deposit failed, it is incorrectly determining the issue is due to missing user input. There is likely not
    an issue with your information, but this database error is causing that data to be obscured.

    This issue is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    16050 credits, still no deposit

    Support will check into see if there is still an issue (although if you're running into the data issue, it most likely is still an issue), but you can only request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so
    you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled for a deposit so there is no longer a need to request a deposit.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We see that
    your recent deposits such as your deposit in February were a result of their work on testing a solution, but it does not look like it was a full solution for your issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding what will happen during the transition, if
    Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account , as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

    Hi Staalker. The current issue still does not have a resolution, and we are still receiving the deposit error when we attempt a deposit. Unfortunately, the Rewards program customer service team cannot manually deposit your Credits into your Microsoft account.
    We will need to reach out Microsoft Support to do that. We are escalating your case for a manual deposit.
