    As mentioned in the previous post, it takes time to process a opt out. Since this email was already processed and prepared to be sent before this opt out event, the email was sent. Please allow time for your opt out to be processed.

    Zaira, check your spam mail. It was in there for me with yahoo mail. It has the same subject as the previous mail, so i guess that's what made it think it was spam

    The only thing I can suggest is be sure to check your spam mail it sometimes get sent to the spam folder and double check your inbox . I remember getting my Spotify trail but it was worded different
