Still getting Notice of Enforcement action message even though suspension period has ended....

Suspension ended 4 days ago after 2 weeks.( Not console or permanent ban etc). Exhausted every single troubleshooting method possible and spent numerous hours on the phone/live chat with microsoft and they can't even help except tell me
it's not their problem and I should contact enforcement. But obviously when you go to the website it is clear there is no way of contacting them after you submit a case review. So now they pass it off to this forum section to resolve my issue after 2 weeks
of problems. Seems like all they want to do is pass the issue off to someone else so they dont have to deal with it....

So what are my options? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I do feel that even though the suspension would have lifted before it was reviewed, the fact that any enforcement action has a permanent effect on your Xbox Live account means that it should be possible to ask for a review for all enforcement actions.

I agree even short bans should have appeal option, not to stop the ban happening due to time periods that's impossible, but if someone gets reported again but the first ban was wrong wouldnt the next action be harsher and therefore unfairly applied?

If you are not getting a message that still says that you have an enforcement action then you are not still under a suspension.

You don't need to speak or message anyone.While comms are probably the most common reasons for enforcement actions they are not the only reason you can get banned.

Like i said,my guess would be you've ended up in a modded lobby on one of the older COD games & even though it wasn't intentional it's still enough to receive a suspension.

It's the main reason most people avoid those games nowadays.

As long as you are following the Code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then even if someone reports you then you will not get a notice of enforcement.

Even if you mess up and send someone a message that is a violation of the code of conduct then your account is subject to an enforcement action if that message is reported.

Most enforcement actions do give you the choice of a case review when going to the enforcment teams website enforcement.xbox.com where the enforcement team will reinvestigate the case and decide if they can lift the suspension sooner.

The only way that the enforcement team can be reached is through the case review process. They do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor the chat rooms.
