Still getting e102 code.

Same issue today. System error e102. Have done all the resets and still same error. Any help would be great

Hey there Joe,

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues. Unfortunately if Factory Resetting the console or running the Offline System Update did not resolve the issue then the other option would be to set up a repair for the Xbox One console.

You can go through the
Device Support website to register the console and set up the order or you can also
Contact Xbox Support for help setting this up.

Hello! Sorry about your problem,you may have to send the console in for service, but first you should try an offline update using a USB flash drive , please check this

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

After the download and offline fix now I have the e101 code. I can't win with this Xbox.

Still getting e102 code.
