    Still getting banned for no reason after case review, Microsoft does NOTHING AT ALL


    I recently got banned for making a looking for group post that someone else i had an assumption about did. I filed a case review today and Microsoft still does nothing. It says NOTHING about if they found anything or something, just still accusing me and
    my account for abuse, harassment, etc. I had NOTHING to do with it. I lost everything on my account, I lost all my games which I have paid close to $1000 for all in total, for some hacker to get me banned, trash-talk me, and get me in trouble for something
    I did NOT do.

    but I have done nothing! There must be a way to at least get someone to review my case there’s no way that there’s nothing I can do. The reason I got banned was bs so Microsoft just bans me for no reason and there’s nothing I can do

    There is shown what the reason for this ban is.

    Nobody get's banned for nothing, because all reports are being looked in to by real people.

    If you feel that the ban is unfair, you can submit a case review on the given website.

    There is many reasons why you will get a ban.

    Using profanity, harrassing etc. You should have an email stating which Code of Conduct has been violated.

    If the ban is more than 24 hours you may request a case review. It is NOT guaranteed that the ban will be lifted after a case review. Other than that there is nothing we in the forums can do in regards to the enforcement team. As they do not use the forums
    in any way.

    We also do not have access to the enforcement system.

    There is no way to submit a case review for console bans. If the console is still banned there is nothing else you can do.
