Still getting ads after payment

I've tried this many times, and I keep getting the following error - "You have no valid payment options on file." I worked with xbox tech and added another payment type (had AMEX and added VISA) and I still get this error message. Even when I push the
Change Payment Options button, nothing happens - I remain on the error screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey thanks for your response. I have already added a payment method with paypal. I bought 2 games by now. Even after having a payment method setup, it still asks me to pay 20 bucks for it, and then I can only use paypal to pay...

The trial is "free" in the sense that you still need to have a payment method on file. If you do not have one then you cannot participate in it. They do not charge you for 30 days (1 month), and it turns on automatic renewal which would need to be turned off
if you do not want to continue with the service after the fact.

There is no way to circumvent this to get the free trial without adding the payment method, sorry.

After I added the payment method by mastercard, I made the transaction twice and received the error "PUR-TransactionNotAllowed" both times. My account still cannot register for game pass. I contacted the bank to check, the bank informed me that both payments were successful, but why did my account receive an error when paying and I paid twice but did not buy? get game pass?
