    Still confused me aka reward points for October n November


    Thank You for your reply but to be honest you still confused me cause you stated made two purchases in October but you gave only given me 450 points for that month. For example i spent less money on your store in September but you have given me over 4000
    points. I understand you have just given me over 10000 points but I don't know what this applies too to be honest? I have spent a lot of money on games in September, October and November and am certain there has been a miscalculation. I have messaged Xbox
    live rewards my purchas order numbers and provided these to Xbox live support via email, so can you please investigate and explain what has happened? I would like to suggest you make the process easier to understand cause the points allocation is far to complicated
    abd is very difficult to know what the points are for.

    Haven't received XBox Quests rewards for October or November

    Hi. I never received the mystery prizes for completing the XBox Quest requirements in October and November. From reading other posts I understand the November rewards are still going out, but any help with the missing October reward would be appreciated.

    As stated in your previous post (Where are my reward points for purchases made on Xbox Live for October and November 2017?), from the FAQ:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?



    Normally, most digital purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or Windows qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases (retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply). Qualifying content includes full
    Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game
    Pass, TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.


    So in October, your pre-order purchase of LA Noire did not generate payback, but did go towards the pre-order MyChallenge. Additionally, we see that you spent significantly more money in September than October, which seems to indicate that you may not be
    aware of your spending. For reference, you can review your purchasing from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). For example, your single purchase of F1 2017 in September at 54.99 GBP that month
    alone was more than your total spending in October. You also had multiple consumable purchases in September, but again, as stated in the FAQ, consumables are not eligible for MyVIP.

    You can see a record of your Rewards Credit activity from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. There you will see that you requested a deposit in October, which was deposited October 26, 2016. You subsequently spent this deposit on FIFA points on November
    11th.

    Hi Annihilator. Payback Rewards Credits were awarded to you for your purchases made in October and November. For October, you were awarded 2000 payback Credits, which is 2% back since you are Star level 1. For November, you were awarded 800 Credits. You
    can find them in your MyStatement. Your October Credits have been deposited to your Microsoft account while your November Credits are still pending.

    Why isn't my Auto-Redeem working?

    Still having issues here, just emailed support so we'll see if anything comes of it. There is an option in the Rewards App on Console that shows Game Pass Ultimate One Month Auto Redeem for 10,500 points. My October Goal and November Goals were both met but I cancelled my Auto Redeem as it never gave me access to Game Pass Ultimate.
