Still communication banned after 2 weeks

    Still communication banned after 2 weeks


    I was communication banned which also prevented me from playing multiplayer games (for some reason) on November 22nd, the ban was scheduled to end December 6th, it's now December 10th and I am still banned on my Xbox, but I can send messages and post activities from
    my phone using the app. I already attempted to get the case reviewed on November 23rd so I am unable to contact anyone on the enforcement team. In the case review the reviewer confirmed that my ban was a 14 day ban. I also can no longer find the date that
    the ban was meant to end anywhere anymore.

    I was communication banned for about 2 weeks and the 2 weeks is already up but it still doesn’t let me send messages or talk in parties. Why is that?

    communications ban "lifted" and still no chat or messaging ect..

    I was also communication banned for a week that ended 2 days ago and still am unable to talk online with others.

    A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

    First is 24 hours.

    Seconds is a week

    Third is 2 weeks.

    Unless its changed recently.

    well this is my first offense and it's for 2 weeks. I've tried pleading my case but they don't seem to care.

    you cannot get banned for false complaints, if you did anything against the rules you get the suspension will happen.

    Just to add,communications covers more than talking through a mic.

    It can cover any messages you've sent as well
