    So basically I wanted to cancel auto renewal. It charged me the $11 then didn't even give me the month of xbox live for it. I then bought the 1 month for $1, seeing as though I had no xbox live. Now the $11 payment still came out of my bank account.

    MUSIC PASS!!!!!

    I cancelled this... I DID NOT WANT IT TO BEGIN WITH!!!! and you people still charged me even after i cancelled and turned off auto renewal!!!! I WANT THIS FIXED NOW!

    Why did I get charged again after I cancelled my subscription!!! Freaking over charged my account and cost me $70!!! worst investment ever buying a one! never again!

    I think you have misunderstood me. Yes it is now cancelled. I started the trial over a year ago and a cancelled it straight after the trial. What I am saying is I was charged for over a year so my cancellation did not work. I have since cancelled it as soon as I saw I was still being charged.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please check to see if your suscription purchase is listed in your order history via this website

    If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

    If it appears, you can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund.

    In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.
