    Still can't spend this stupid prepaid visa card.


    A few weeks ago I received a $25 prepaid visa from the VIP rewards, I didn't realise it was dollars till after otherwise I never would have got it, but I was assured by Xbox live rewards that this card will work everywhere that accepts visa, but I'm now
    assuming I've been lied to, as this card won't work anywhere and that's taking in to account the exchange rate from American dollars to great British pounds, in Great British pounds it should be just over 17 pounds, and I couldn't even spend £14.99, and that
    was just me trying to get something on XBOX STORE I can't even spend this on the company who sent it to me, I've spent a good part of 3 weeks trying to sort this through various parts of Xbox, and I'm now just at the point where I just want my 1000 VIP points
    back, I've really had enough trying to fix this now.

    Hi . The Visa card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. To redeem the prize:

    • Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com

    • Enter your prepaid digital token

    • Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

    If you have further questions on the card, that website also has an FAQ section.

    I have been to that site, I have input that code you sent, and they have sent me a virtual card to spend online, the problem is still... I cannot spend it anywhere I've tried, including XBOX , I've tried spending a lot less than what's on the card and still
    nothing, I've been to their FAQ section and done everything correctly and no surprise it still won't work, I don't know what u have sent me but it doesn't work in the UK, and please no more sending me links to prepaid solutions or Xbox rewards FAQ there's
    nothing there to sort this out.

    I have a 2tg game drive that i purchased. Inside was a free xbox ultimate code. I cannot redeem the code due to recurring payments being set to auto. I need help with redeeming my code

    It's the only way to redeem it since subscriptions nerd a payment options

    You can always play the lottery and spend hundreds of dollars to get a prepaid visa and cross your fingers and hope it works (not made for gaming really you have a 50 50 chance but you could try upgrade cards.)

    Also should be noted bank debits cards are mostly visa debit cards too check with your bank to confirm or you could apply to convert your bank card to visa debit

    Most major.banks have it unless you are in a small credit union which case a upgrade card would be better or similar you will have to check wirh your region for possible internet based prepaid visas

    You can't really game without a creditcard or a visa debit nowadays

    You can't use prepaid Visa's for subscriptions or preorders sadly. They need to be a valid card in your name.

    if it's a prepaid visa that would be why

    Your card must be in the same region as your account region

    If it's a prepaid visa you must turn on Online transactions and reoccurring purchasing and have billing info registered on the vendors site

    AlsoAlso if the prepaid card isn't working still then you are going to have to get another card with prepaid cards it's 80% chance of not working you can only guess and pray

    And ask Support sometimes to help add it
