    wow. I logged into the microsoft acct. its working, they say that everything is back and working, but its one A.M. here, in Idaho, and i STILL cant log into ly acct? WHAT THE HELL?

    Can’t sign into Xbox one account

    For some reason I can’t sign into my Xbox account. I have shutdown my Xbox for over a night and still can’t sign in, I can’t find anyone’s with the same problem as me. This is the message that appears on my screen no error code nothing. Plz help

    Still can’t sign in? WTF?

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    This should have been resolved around 11:15PM EST. If you're still unable to log in after that time I would recommend doing a hard reset on your system. That should clear up the issue.
