Still can’t download marketplace content in Minecraft.

Thank you for the reply. Our final suggestion is to try signing out of Minecraft and back in and seeing if that reauthentication helps resolve the issue. Additionally, check your privacy settings and ensure that your settings enable you to download content. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft and sign in with your correct Microsoft account
   
2. Select the "Privacy" tab in the top ribbon
   
3. Scroll down and select the Xbox tile, which will relocate you to the Xbox Privacy website
   
4. Go through each tab ("Privacy, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows 10 devices Online Safety and Xbox 360 Online Safety) and ensure that you have "Allow" toggled for the privacy settings that you would like
   
5. Select "Submit" to make these changes
   

We recommend continuing to reach out to Mojang support and submit tickets if you still experience this issue since, you can download other content from the Microsoft Store without issue and the only title impacted is Minecraft.

Thank you for the reply. Please keep us updated. If the internet restart does not fix anything, submit another ticket to Mojang and see if they have any additional support suggestions. Are you able to download other digital content items from the Store onto your Xbox without issues?

Yes I am and I even did a router reset and still nothing. I didn’t have this issue on my old Xbox 1.

I am able to download stuff from the Microsoft store. It’s only Minecraft marketplace I can’t download anything.
