Still can't claim xbox 360 games from gold

When you click "Show Price" it will load the price after a while.

It is basically connecting to the old X360 store so it's a bit different than buying/redeeming Xbox One games.

After you click "Show Price" you should have the "free" label

Games With Gold games are only available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One and are only downloadable from the consoles, you can't get them any other way.

I'm afraid that's not entirely correct. It is correct that Games with Gold titles are only compatible for the console for which they are released; for example, claiming "Tekken 6" this month for Xbox 360 does not grant access on PC or any other non-Xbox
device. Since the game is back-compatible on Xbox One, it can be played there, too, of course.

However, when a user visits the Xbox Store on the web and they are signed on with their Microsoft account, any subscriptions/entitlements are taken into consideration when reviewing a title. For example, if the game is part of Games with Gold, the user can
go ahead and claim the title on the web, then install it when they get to their console.

When Games With Gold first appeared for Xbox One, many users still just had Xbox 360. Major Nelson himself advised Gold subscribers to go ahead and claim Xbox One titles if they planned on upgrading to Xbox One in the future.
