    I asked this question last week and nobody helped. The question was closed? Still need help can't buy anything it's useless, there's no support anywhere for Australia. Microsoft is so dumb.

    Try going to https://account.microsoft.com/?ref=MeControl in "Your Info" at the top of the page, click on it and you will find your country and language settings.
    If after that your problem is still not resolved, visit https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/browse to find a solution.
    If your problem is still not resolved, contact Microsoft customer service who has control over your account settings but right now, there is a lot of waiting (because of COVID-19)...

    Sorry I forgot to add- the country is set to United States in grey so I can't change it click on it. I'm trying to purchase in Ireland, I've never even been in the US, I've tried everything I think I could
