I think you have misunderstood me. Yes it is now cancelled. I started the trial over a year ago and a cancelled it straight after the trial. What I am saying is I was charged for over a year so my cancellation did not work. I have since cancelled it as soon as I saw I was still being charged.

So I found out where this came from. THis was an account that was connected to my family 2 years ago and was cancelled. This was then un-cancelled and somehow had my credit card still attached to it when it was a Childs account previously. I'm not sure where to go with this one. I have cancelled it, and its no longer being charged, but I have 2 years on an account with 0 use and being paid for over that period.
