Still banned even though ban duration is over

    Still banned even though ban duration is over


    I'm still banned for communication after my ban period was over. I can't speak or send messages and it's been a week and I tried everything from other forums please help

    Xbox Banned

    My account received a two week ban from Xbox live but when I go on another account, it still says I'm banned. Does this mean my whole console is banned for the 2 week duration?

    Still banned even though ban duration is over

    Try these steps below, as some people in the same situation find success by doing this:

    1. Ensure you have no more active suspensions. Check
      enforcement.xbox.com       for more info.
    2. If you are clear, then
      remove your account       from the Xbox.
    3. Give your console a power cycle.
    4. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    5. Attempt to use the online communication features now.

    There is nothing in any email or and folders. I think it's just a glitch on enforcements part. I've tried everything. If the enforcement team could just look at it for me

    Still banned even though ban duration is over

    The enforcement teams don't use the forums and only speak through the Case Review process. It's best to check in with the chat or phone team to see if there is any action still on the account.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team
