Kindly validate the status by signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com. If it's already completed, simply remove and re-add your account on the Xbox console then check if it will now work.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

Which specific date was the purchase made? To qualify for this promotion, Tekken 7 must have been pre-purchased on or before June 1st 2017 (before the official release date). If your purchase was made after that date, that would determine that you are not
eligible for the Tekken 6 code. You can check your purchase dates on Microsoft Commerce.

I agree. These people think they'll all get it earlier than someone who has pre-ordered it and goes to pick it up from a retail store at 09:00am with no hassles and not having to hang around for a courier to arrive. It's true you can't trust some couriers,
especially some people who are couriers who work for them. It's about quality control. Microsoft has set a rigid date. It will not release before November 7.
