Still banmed after suspension

Try these steps:

1. Ensure you aren't facing another active suspension. Log on to
   http://enforcement.xbox.com and check your Enforcement history.
2. If you are clear, then proceed to
   remove your account from the Xbox.
   1. If you still have an active suspension in place, submit a case review (if eligible).
3. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
4. Add your account back into the Xbox.
5. Attempt to use communication features now.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of
violation associated with each enforcement action



If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

tried removing profile from console and redownlouding it but still same problem cant talk in chat game and party cant hear anyone and nobody can see messeges which i sent to them so i cant even explain oters that i have this problem

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.
