    hello I'm so I was banned twice one for Communications and one for console or some thing I couldn't play multiplayer so the Communications ban ended on the 12 of October and the console or game ban ended on the 16 of October its the 20 of
    October I can play game but I can't talk or text people

    So I got this polite response about still waiting for gears of war 2,3, and judgment free downloads by playing it on xboxlive gold before dec 31 (which I did ): We've passed your information along to the proper teams. They will investigate your eligibility
    for this offer and, if you qualify, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details.

    soooo.... When should I expect an actual answer? This is why we bought an Xbox one, and now more than 2 months later, I still have no answers. This is not an answer. Someone please let me know who is making this decision and when. I met the requirements,
    and it's been longer than 6-8 weeks. I am now REALLY worried that I am getting ***, and that's crap. Gamer tag is . Would appreciate a timely, actual answer this time, or someone live to contact.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can tell you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.
