I'm still awaiting codes for my avatar and also confirmation about the Ambassador socks and controller case I've been awarded. Does anyone know any thing

I have been a rewards member since the beginning and have racked up loads of points for HD film purchases, surveys etc...

Plus I'm on the forum ambassador programme!

Rogue One Reward Problem

Hi,

I have purchased the Rogue One movie but have not been awarded the 3000 reward points or have any indication that I will be awarded any!?

The Rogue One Rewards page is still saying I have 2 days left to earn them if I purchase the movie, which I have already!

Please help!

For Ambassador issues, it's best to post in the Ambassador forums. Avatar rewards have not been released yet. Once they are, there will be an option to claim them on the rewards page. You should receive a survey over the next couple of weeks to fill out
for physical prizes.

I, myself, still haven't received my Beta points either. As it stands a few individuals have created a new thread on the Ambassador forum but we are still awaiting an answer on this one as well.
