Still awaiting my deposit and info being fixed !!!

as told this nearly 3 weeks ago has the issue been adressed yet ?

Currently, there is an error in the database for your account information which is preventing your deposit. This error is causing your billable account to not be designated for our deposit process. When we cannot detect where the deposit is expected to be
placed, the process is aborted rather than take a shot in the dark at which account to deposit into. Since this error causes your information to appear blank to our process, it interprets this as missing user information, and sent a notice telling you that
your deposit failed and asking you to update your information. However, your information is all there, it is just this error preventing it from being communicated.

IF it hasnt why not and can i get an eta?

Points not deposited.

I had a point balance of roughly 13,000 and yesterday only 3,000 of these were deposited but the other 10,000 are still sat as awaiting deposit in my Rewards account.

We used to be able to force a deposit directly into a user's Microsoft Account. However, this ability was disabled for us, and we can no longer perform that activity. While we are awaiting a resolution from the accounts payable team for your billable account
issue, we are researching ways to get this ability back. Unfortunately, at this time, we are still unable to perform manual deposits. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience while we await a fix for this issue.

Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from our other team. Also, due to many system and platform changes that occurred over the last three months, we are no longer able to perform our temporary solution of forcing a deposit.
