Step 1: Report it stolen to the Police (I'm going to assume you've already done that).

Step 2: Go to the
Xbox My Service page. That will show you the serial number of your Xbox (if you registered the warranty)

Step 3; Call Xbox Phone Support to tell them your console is stolen.
