Stellaris Game Pass Not Working

When I installed it from game pass and it installed it, it went to the paradox logo and put me back at the home screen and didnt give me any reason why it did that or explaination. I uninstalled it and reinstalled
it about ten times even downloading it from the game pass app and it still bring me to the paradox logo and boots me out. I tried joining a friends game but it did the same thing. But this happened when i was first downloading the game for the first time.
I had a gamepass and a non game pass game downloading then stellaris (in that order) then I turned off the xbox by the switch and came home a few hours later to start reinstalling them again (started at the first game) and they all installed and they all work
correctly except stellaris. I have rebooted and restarted my console aswell, removed my account from my xbox, it’s my home xbox, i reset my xbox from the mac address in settings and it still doesnt work. I posted this problem on a thread and got a reply from
an Xbox Ambassador saying they sut it down since their was a new thread but i cant find it so im making this. im also confused on why i havent gotten any error message but other people do/did

I believe a few people have encountered this issue on PC before, and I’m pretty sure it’s a game related issue and doesn’t have much to do with your xbox. The only thing I can recommend is perhaps deleting previous cache data and save data even if you

So im paying for gamepass and cant even use it properly? This should be looked into ASAP because it is a huge inconvenience and I cannot play with my friends and I cannot purchase it and Id really

like to play it so if anyone can look into this or get someone to it would really be good because this is really unfair

Sorry to hear that

I don’t have any other suggestions though so unless anyone else does I guess we just have to hope it gets fixed at some point.
