    Back in February 2018, I played Steins;Gate Senkei Kousoku no Phenogram on my Xbox One (it’s an Xbox 360 game so I played it via Backwards Compatibility). I got all the achievements for it but it never appeared on my achievement list at all. I’ve spoken to Xbox Support multiple times via Chat and have tried different methods to try and get it to appear like resetting my console, deleting profile and obviously, I’ve waited a year and four months to see if it’ll just randomly appear one day. Well, not just sitting here that long waiting on this of course lol Anyway, nothing has worked. So far the only way I can see this game on my achievements list is by looking at my achievements on Xbox 360 and it appears there, on my list, like it should do. The only other way is by looking at my Profile on TrueAchievements.com and it appears on my list there as well. The problem is, it doesn’t show up at all on my Xbox One or Xbox.com .

    I can’t seem to find anyone else with this issue either so I haven’t a clue what’s going on. I’ve had friends look at my Profile as well and they can’t see the game/achievements there either. My most recent contact with Microsoft suggested I should post here and also use ‘Report a Problem’ feature on my console. Due to me being part of the Preview Program, I’ve been told Xbox Engineers are unable to assist me with this.

    If it helps, I’ve had updates from the Preview Program exclusively, disabled on my console for quite a long time, probably since before I started Steins;Gate.

    Anybody have any ideas what might be happening?

    You're actually wrong on this one. I own physical imports of two japanese xbox 360 steins;gate games and they play perfectly fine on my american xbox one x.
