SteelSeries Arctis 9X Mic issue

So I have came across issues with my headset on the Series X when I try to use game chat in a game called Eville. Audio goes through without a problem, it's just the mic giving me issues. I've tried every setting and restart.

the only other time I have problems with this headset is when I remote play on my PC. I spend anywhere to 15-45 mins trying to get my mic to work in any games/party chat.

I quit Astro and started using Steelseries Arctis 9x

I could recommend doing a full reset, but I don't think that's the issue.

If possible try plugging your headset into another device to see if the microphone works properly.

I have tried every reset in the book, to include the factory reset. Did the same to my headset as well and made sure everything was up to date

Hello, have you tried any procedure on the console other than restarting, if you have not tried follow the procedure below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

I am having the same issue with steelseries arctis 9x

I believe its the game as warzone still picks up the mic where destiny 2 does not have a mic icon.

I can't hear anyone and they cant hear me.

Also everyone else's mics work fine.
