Steel series headset won’t connect

I got an Xbox one a while ago for Christmas and I got a Bluetooth steel series headset with it. When I first set it up at my dads house the headset had connected perfectly fine with my Xbox but it won’t now. I moved my Xbox to my moms house and set it up and now I’m trying to connect my headset and it will not work. When I powered the headset on and put it on, I can hear myself talking and the mic works but that’s it. I tried to repair it and it will not work. Whenever I try to put it in pairing mode, I hold the power button on my headset and it just blinks green after seven seconds and that’s it. And I’ve tried unplugging my Xbox powering it off and then turning it back on again and clicking the pairing button on there and then turning on my headset again but it won’t work.

Not sure which SteelSeries headset you have but might be worth trying to unpair the headset before trying to pair it again.

This is for the 9x (not sure if it works with other versions like the 1x): "With the headset OFF, press and hold the power button for 15-seconds until the LED begins to blink white. It should now be unpaired with your old Xbox and ready for pairing with your new Xbox."

Once done, try pairing it like normal again. Hopefully that works

Consider switching to the updated wireless headset or the steel series Arctis 7x both are great options.

Would recommend the steel series products too.

Personally I prefer a full surround sound headset more.
