    Steel Series Artic 1 Wireless won't connect


    Not sure what I'm doing wrong or what's wrong. I have the headset mentioned in the title, and it has a USB-C dongle to setup the adapter to the Series X, turn on the headphones, but nothing comes through. I see everywhere that it's compatible, but they haven't worked since launch day. My Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 work just fine. Any advice?

    Consider switching to the updated wireless headset or the steel series Arctis 7x both are great options.

    Because of the propriety Xbox has, if that company hasnt paid the licensing fee to use the same system, they won't work on your Xbox. A prime example is the steel series Arctis 1. It will work on any other console but the Xbox one, and eventually a new
    headset was released marketed specifically for the Xbox, the Arctis 1 Xbox edition which is exactly the same but will work on Xbox
