    Steam ed. of flight simulator, new install, does not run


    On start-up I get a message about a certificate is out of date.

    I verified the files installed by steam report 100% correct.

    If I continue my console goes black with an enlarged mouse pointer.

    Windows 11 with current maintenance.

    32 gb ram, amd5700g, rtx3060, c: has 400gb free space.

    I have a dozen other steam games installed and they are not having issues.

    Any recommendation on fixing my run problem/certificate?

    Steam said I have to get support from MS- it's not clear what support is available.

    You can buy it from steam, often very cheaply, , or upgrade to 2020 or the. new 24 coming later this year

    I think if Microsoft says it will be able to run the new Microsoft Flight Simulator on the Xbox One S they'll make sure it does.

    Microsoft Flight isn't Microsoft Flight Simulator. Different game and it's not as demanding as your think. Most PCs/Laptops should be able to run it.

    Microsoft Flight is the latest installment to the flight genre though.
