I have tested my network connection and also the connection to XBOX Live. As you can see from the attachment, this works perfectly! I have also cleared the system cache on the hard disk and the XBOX 360 Slim itself. Restarted the console, deleted and re-downloaded the profile, changed my password, and also reset the XBOX 360 Slim to factory settings by copying my data to a USB stick and formatting the hard disk and internal memory. Then I restarted the XBOX and downloaded my profile again. But the error is still there as you can see in the 2nd attachment.
