Status of my free PC Download of Quantum Break for Windows 10

On 2/19/2016, I pre-ordered Quantum Break For Xbox One for $59.99 and was supposed to receive the PC Download of the game for Windows 10 Free. As of 7/26/2016, I still have not received my PC Download. Where is it? Why doesn't anyone at Microsoft

I am sending this message to inquire about the status of my Quantum Break for Windows 10 download code. I have yet to receive it and am wondering where it is. My order number is 567453557675006403

 

Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

good luck you might want to look at my issue with the same game. No I don't think they care or know what they are doing. I had one guy and 1 girl that had a brain about them, (StateSide) Tech Support who tried to help but the rest is

[Mod removed] with this for almost 2 months... I think Ill just torrent it say the hell with it.

It is sad that they create promotions like this one and don't care to ensure that the people who should be their concern, simply aren't and that is a shame.

Hey DishyAthlete949! Because of the way pre-orders are handled on the Microsoft store website you were not charged for the game until after the pre-order window had passed. You should have received the Alan Wake codes via email from the Microsoft Store.
