    I brought a £25 XBL Code from amazon and im getting the status code: 80122724 i have tried it on two accounts but still getting the error.

    It has been 24 Hours since i brought it also i rang up Xbox support and they couldn't really help me but they did say the code was activated.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Are you certain about that error code? It doesn't appear in the error code lookup. Do you get an error message with it? Also, did you buy the codes online or at a local retailer?

    You should try this:

    If you redeemed the code on your xbox then try pc

    If you redeemed the code on your pc then try your xbox

    If this not work then reset your internet hardware and check your billing information page if everything is in order

    then try again

    Ok but i'm from Brazil and i have an US account. If i change regions i won't be able to redeem the code i just bought. I don't want to change regions, the library and the prices in the US are just so much better.
