    Status Code: 445E - B780 - 0F00 - C000 - 0102 does NOT exist?


    I've been all over the internet, from xbox.com/support to forums on serial numbers on individual pieces inside the xbox. I've checked the solution to "any" status code, fixing the problem using a hexadecimal converter, to no avail. What I'm dealing with
    is the second my xbox model 1439 turns on it goes straight to System Update Stopped screen, no xbox logo, no dashboard, just immediately and only this screen:

    System Update Stopped

    Can't read the update from your storage device. Please reinsert it to continue it to continue the update.

    If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    Status Code: 445E - B780 - 0F00 - C000 - 0102

    All I want is a way to get past that screen or fix the problem, not get a new console, not get a new hard drive(yet), n most certainly not throw it out. I've tried to do a hard reset which I read was hold Y + RT before turning the xbox on for 10-15 secs
    after it's turned on, which should make it restart at which point you release the buttons. It didn't work. I have the skills to take it apart if need be, without ruining anything if there is a solution in there.

    If and ONLY if there is absolutely no way to fix or reset the xbox then state that clearly, please. Any help on this, even theories, would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
