    this is so frustrating with all the issues i have been having with this xbox 360 and microsoft lately.

    I had the same problem - after trying everything without success, it spontaneously started working today. However, now there is a narrator narrating everything that is happening on the movie I rented. I'm about to switch back to Apple TV.

    This has been going on for three days now. I am going to request them refund the movie I purchased three days ago and watch it elsewhere. But clearly this is an xbox live issue and not on the consumers end since everyone has had the same issue for three
    days now.

    What is wrong and was is xbox not responding to what the issue is and when it will be fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out to Community for advice on what you should do if you're having an error code like this come up on your console. I can totally understand how this could be confusing/distressing.

    Do you still have the ability to access your console settings?

    If you do, then I would totally try rolling back your console's updates as outlined in solution 7 of our support article entitled

    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console
    and let us know if that helped.
