    Static/white noise when using my earphones?


    I've had my series s for a year without any problems but since yesterday whenever i plug in my earphones with the controller there's this weird buzzing sound. I've tried different ways to fix i saw on the internet but the problem's still there. Does anyone have a solution.

    Do you experience the same if you connect a different pair of earphones / headphones?
    Are you able to test your earphones with a different Xbox controller?
    What procedures you tried prior to your post creation?

    If you're going with a corded controller AVOID the off brand controllers. I've made this mistake in the past and there's always this white noise/static noise with he off brand controllers that will drive the people you play with crazy.

    Good, stable fps, but insanely high input delay. (pls help im losing hope)

    One more thing, when recording videos with my microphone on, there's a static noise in the background, but when talking to my friends through the same mic it's clear. Can this problem have anything to do with the input lag. And this is just a small detail, no need to start helping with the static noise, just a detail, or maybe a clue.

    Perhaps I should clarify what I meant. It's actually this black and white static much like this video - [View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E-MtJBAZvw]. When it happened... I could hear the static noise and the games at the same time. It only happened
    twice that lasted 3 to 5 seconds before returning to normal screen. I hope this isn't serious. Are there solutions to resolve this?
