State of decay 2 ultimate edition promo

I preordered state of decay 2 ultimate edition, and I have not received the code for state of decay one.

I spoke with customer service and was given a ticket number of 1427598576.

They said to wait until today, as the code should have been sent out 7-10 days after release, and today is the 10th day. They also told me to make a post here and see if the promotions team could help.

What else should I do?

State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition will receive a code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition in their Xbox Live message center shortly before the launch of State of Decay 2 so there's no reason to worry.

Same here except I didn't get a ticket number. It's day 11 for me and still no code and it's not in the my games section like Mister Taurus said to check.

 

I’ve yet to receive my code as well. I’ve checked my ready to install games and it doesn’t show up there either.
