State of decay 2- not downloading

ive tried everything i could find. restarting, deleting game service , repair , reset, nothing working and at this point im going to give up ever playing the game. What i can tell is happening that its not doing anything right.

- in the SS it shows that its going just in my c drive no where really to be found when downloaded it will get to 100% before throwing an error code 0x80070003 but i have plenty of space on my SSD (200 gb) so plenty of room to download it. no trace of any files can be found from the download

It works downloading any game but state of decay 2 i download some other games to test this theory and they indeed downloaded fine i just dont know why its the only game that cant find a file to download to.

it shows clearly it will download to C:/XboxGames however state of decay just says
" (C " im guessing this is a hint towards the problem but like i said i dont understand why its only effecting state of decay . or what to do to get it to download

State Of Decay, I saw a friend playing it & gave it a download, ended up loving it and bought the State Of Decay YOSE on Xbox One and State Of Decay 2 years later.

or

7. Open the Windows Store and search for State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition???

It doesn't matter State Of Deacy 2: Juggernaut Edition is the only one you can buy/download. So you can search for either.

Thank you for providing the needed information.

Let us try to change the default location where you can install games and apps.

First, open the PC Settings app by pressing the keyboard shortcut Win + I.
Go to the "System → Storage" page in the Settings app.
On the right page, click on the "Change where new content is saved" link under More Storage Settings section.
Under the "New apps will save to" option, select your target drive from the drop-down menu and click on the "Apply" button.
You may select the desired drive from the drop-down menu.
Go back to the Xbox App and try to select the drive and see if that worked.

By the way, are you able to download other games or apps through Microsoft Store or Xbox app?

i used the PowerShell method to re-install game service and restarted my computer.

- windows is up to date

- i also deleted the xbox app and re-installed it well checking if it was updated

- i made sure to be signed in to the same account by logging out and back in

- i have good internet so ive tried re downloading the game everytime i tried a new " fix it method ".

results nothing has changed
