    State of Decay 2 no longer works in Xbox Cloud


    Hi,

    I have been playing State of Decay 2 in Cloud with my mobile or using the Microsoft Edge via web for almost 2 weeks. However, it no longer works. I have tried more than 20 times with my mobile or my browser but it stucks always in a black screen after the Unreal logo. At the same time I can play other games without problems. Besides when the screen is black , I am able to use the Xbox menu with my pad. It seems as if the game or the save have been corrupted for my user. Could you help me to solve the issue?

    Thanks for the tips but I have tried that many times. I reinstall the app in my Android or delete the cache of my browser and it still does not work. Furthermore, I can play other games via XCloud without any problems. I am not sure but maybe the XCloud team could solve the issue. How can I open a support ticket to XCloud team?

    After you try each of the following troubleshooting steps, try opening the app again. If the app continues to crash or fails to open, try the next step.


    Note     Menu options and hierarchy may vary between different versions and manufacturers.

    1. Close the app from the recent applications menu.
    2. Restart your phone.
    3. Clear the app cache. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear cache.
    4. Clear the app storage then try again. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear storage.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall. Press on the app icon until you get the option to Uninstall. Then reinstall the app from Play Store.
    However, if you have this issue only with this game I advise you to uninstall and install it back.
