State of Decay 2 Daybreak DLC no longer owned?!

Hi! I downloaded Daybreak on release and played it a while ago. I started the game today after moving it to my SSD and Daybreak was not recognized as installed. I uninstalled it to redownload it but it's no longer in ready to install and store shows buy
instead of install button. Why? How can I get it back?

I'm using Game Pass Ultimate.

It will be free in Juggernaut but why does it say I don't own it anymore?I wanted to play before Juggernaut and you get bonuses if you own the dlc when Juggernaut comes out. But I suddenly don't own it anymore.

I am excited for daybreak DLC for State of Decay 2 and DayZ. This is the first fallout I haven't been totally excited for because I love the story and single player experience. I don't really like where they are taking it but to each their own.
