State of Decay 2 - After the Upgrade, don't work anymore

Aftar upgrade State of Decay 2 to Juggernaut Edition, when I start the game, they shows only the Microsoft Studios, the Undead Labs and Unreal intro, then closes. No error messages, nothing.

Since the upgrade, I can't play the game.

I alredy update the Windows 10 to version 1909, unistall and reinstall the game, repair the instalation and I have the same result: the game closes when the intro movies finishes.

Can anyone help solving this issue???

How did you install the game, through the Windows Store or Xbox beta app? You might try a Windows Store reset by typing wsreset into search and let the command prompt run it's cycle. Also you can reset the Xbox beta app by right clicking it and
selecting - more - app settings - reset.

I alredy do that either. I install from both sources. but has the same result.

I continue searching for a clue to understand why the game closes. It's the only game that this happens, the others I have, run smoothily. Even in the Windows log don't have a clue.

I unistaled and instaled several times (almost one time a day) ressting the Store or the XBox beta.

Nothing works to maintain the game without closing.

I alredy read and do all the steps in this article. Yhe article was updated because a earlier problem I report in the upgrade.

But, now, I having a new problem. Like I explained, the game starts, shows the intro movies and closes before the Ready Screen. And there's no error message to search or give me a clue to resolve the issue.

You might need to get actuall tech support from State of Decay devs. Have you submitted a support ticket, I see there is a delay in support due to the global issue of COVID-19. But it's worth a try to get actual tech support, since most of us here are volunteers.
We don't have access that they would have.

I send request last Friday, but only yesterday I received an answer.

The game works, if I disconnect to the internet. If I connect again, the game closes. I send a reply to then again and I waiting for a solution. I think the delay is because the COVID-19 too.

Thanks to you and all the embassors to try to help me. But I think only the Undead Labs will resolve this matter.
