State not in the options for Billing/Profile Address

Discus and support State not in the options for Billing/Profile Address in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I currently live somewhere in the NMI (Northern Mariana Islands), and the state is not shown as an option when I am required to make a profile/billing...     State not in the options for Billing/Profile Address


    I currently live somewhere in the NMI (Northern Mariana Islands), and the state is not shown as an option when I am required to make a profile/billing address to check out. This makes it impossible to get anything in the Microsoft store. How do I get around this, and can you guys do anything/possibly add the option for the NMI to be listed there?

    But if you have a gift card on your Xbox. And it's from another country just to change the region and the country right in the Xbox setup. Then apply this code and then use that amount in the Xbox Store. And then just switch back to your real place.

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with trying to redeem your pre-paid code into your account.

    As previously posted, trying on another platform, such as through the site is a great troubleshooting step for this kind of problem. However if you're still unable to redeem the code, I would either refer to our support page entitled

    Troubleshoot Xbox prepaid code issues.     or contact
    customer support     directly for help from an agent
