    Elysium is is a highlighted movie under the action category in the main menu of the app. Upon selecting the movie, an error always pops up saying there is a problem. Also, if you even try and search for Elysium, it's not there. It only shows up at the highlighted
    action movies only, not under the movie category or searched. Don't know if this is an issue with either Xbox or Starz but hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    Hello all,

    I am having a problem with my starzplay app. Everytime I load up the app the following occurs in this order:

    -An authenticing message appears

    - An error message then pops up that reads:

    parental control notification

    user does not have a subscription

    - I then press retry several times to no avail

    I have already deleted and redownloaded the app 3 times as well as clearing the cache 5 times. I know I have both a starz and xbox live gold subscription active as all other video apps work and starzplay works on my pc and android phone.

    What do I need to do for the app to work?

    Video apps not showing up

    Same here, went to setup Starzplay for the wife to watch a show and it doesn't show the App. In fact hardly any apps are available.

    This is frustrating because it will not allow me to activate or reactivate the app when it was working 2 weeks ago. Someone please help before I throw my xbox out of a window.

    I too am having issues with Starz Play. I authenticated my device and then it constantly tells me the servers are not available. There seems to be no issue with any of my connections and Xbox support just tells me to contact Xbox support. I have re downloaded
    several times and cleared my cache and I still get the same message.

    Thanks for posting. Currently, the STARZplay app is no longer available for the Xbox 360 console. If you would like to inquire about whether or not the app will come back, you will want to reach out to the developer of the app.
