    Startup Error/Invalid Error Code


    I have an Xbox One that has been acting up a little bit and now it won’t start up. It will give me the loading screen and then asks to Restart, reset, or troubleshoot. I do NOT want to reset my xbox to factory settings if I can help it. The error code
    it displays is invalid. I put it into the error code search bar and it told me that it was invalid. What do I do?

    have you tried running through the startup troubleshooter

    usually startup errors like this will require a console reset or the use of the offline update tools
